Cutting snare beds on this. Specs are 6 inch width and about 3mm deep at the center of the snare bed. Using a sander to shave it to the template then finishing the edge by hand.

Bearing edge cutting the edges. This one I'm keeping simple with a 45 degree edge with a slight back cut on both sides
