We’re hiring!

Our family-owned business is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Interior Plant Maintenance Technician to join our team.

The individual will be responsible for providing indoor plant care at business locations throughout San Luis Obispo and Northern Santa Barbara counties. The ideal candidate will have a passion for plants, excellent customer service skills and enjoy working independently in a variety of professional settings.

While experience in indoor plant work is preferred, we are willing to train enthusiastic candidates.

We provide flexible, part-time scheduling.

Compensation
• Training rate: $20/hr for preliminary training period of six weeks.
• After training: $20-25/hour DOE
