🎉 Yesterday, we celebrated a couple of birthdays around Pride! 🎉

A big Happy Birthday to Stefan and Chris! 🍻🦁

If you’ve spent any time around either of these guys, you know they bring a lot to the team.

Stefan is usually out helping homeowners, solving problems, and making sure projects get off on the right foot. 💪🏠

Chris is busy building relationships, creating opportunities, and making connections throughout the communities we serve. 🤝

Different roles. Same commitment to helping Pride grow and taking care of people along the way.

We’re lucky to have both of them on the team and hope they had a great day celebrating with friends, family, and maybe a little less work than usual. 😅

🎉 We’ve got a lot to celebrate this week… so let’s start with these two. 🦁

Today we’re celebrating Josh Strongwater and Billy Williams, both hitting their 4-year anniversary with Pride Roofing & Construction. 💪

Four years of growth.
Four years of leadership.
Four years of helping build Pride into what it is today.

Josh has helped lead our construction operations through countless projects, crews, challenges, and milestones. The bigger we’ve grown, the more important his leadership has become.

Billy has helped guide the company as General Manager, supporting our people, strengthening our culture, and helping turn big ideas into reality.

The thing about great leaders is that most of their work happens where nobody sees it.

The coaching.
The planning.
The problem solving.
The decisions that help everyone else succeed.

We’re grateful for everything these two have contributed over the last four years and excited for what’s still ahead.

🎉 Happy Birthday, Matt! 🎉

If you’ve had a project in Cheyenne over the last few years, there’s a pretty good chance Matt had something to do with it. 💪

As one of the guys helping keep production moving, he’s usually busy coordinating projects, supporting crews, solving problems, and making sure things stay on track long before most people ever see the finished result.

Being a Cheyenne local, he takes a lot of pride in helping take care of the community he calls home. 🏠🦬

He’s also proof that coffee, determination, and sheer stubbornness can solve an impressive number of problems. 😅

Until it starts pouring off the side of your house where your gutters used to be doing their job. 😅

Just wrapped up:

🪵 20’ of wood fascia

for a homeowner right here in Cheyenne. 💪

It’s one of those upgrades nobody gets excited about…

Until the next storm rolls through and everything actually drains where it’s supposed to. 👀
