Independent Contractor (1099) Full-time / Part-time
Compensation
- Commission-Based Earnings + Training Pay
- No cap on earnings

Position Overview
Sun’s Up Roofing & Remodeling is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Outside Sales Representatives
This is a full-cycle sales role where you will generate your own leads, perform roof inspections, close contracts, and collect final payment upon project completion. We handle all production so you can focus strictly on sales and customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Canvass neighborhoods and knock doors
- Perform basic roof inspections (training provided if needed)
- Identify potential storm or age-related damage
- Educate homeowners on their options
- Close roofing contracts (Once Confident)
- Maintain communication with customers throughout the process
- Collect payment upon job completion
Contractor Requirements
- Must be comfortable with heights
- Must be well-spoken, outgoing, and professional
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
Preferred Experience (Not Required)
- Sales experience (especially commission-based or door-to-door)
- Roofing or construction experience
Education
- No college degree required
Background Expectations
- No history of violent, sexual, or property-related criminal offenses
