Position: Assembler

Beat The Heat Shading Systems is seeking dynamic individuals to join our team! We are a rapidly expanding, locally owned business that has been serving West Texas and Eastern New Mexico since 2005. Visit www.beattheheatshades.com to learn more about us.

We have 2 Assembler positions available to fill as soon as possible. Our Assemblers will be directly involved in activities that contribute to the production and assembling the company's interior/exterior shades. The position includes reading/understanding work orders and operating simple machines, hand, and power tools. Training will be provided. The ideal candidate will be reliable, have a strong work ethic and stable work history. The hours are 8-5 M-F, but overtime will be necessary during our busy season.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid driver's license w/good driving record

• Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening

• Ability to pass background check

• HS Diploma or GED

• Detail Oriented

• Ability to read a tape measure

• Basic math skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Problem solving skills
