If you are starting to prepare for Winter and wanting to get your equipment out of the elements, then you may benefit from a storage shed. I wanted to feature this incredible 10x20 Pewter Cast (Gray) Lofted Barn. Who wouldn't benefit from the additional 8' foot of overhead lofted space? The Lofted Barns allow you to store plenty of items in the lofted spaces above, while keeping the main floor clear for larger items like mowers or equipment.

If you are unable to find exactly what you are looking for, then I will be happy to help you custom design a building with your very own personal preferences. The Side Porch building design is so versatile and functional! This 10x20 Rosemary Green Side Porch Storage Shed is great for work and play. You will find substantial storage and accessibility for mowers and tools on the side with the double doors, and then you can relax on your side porch after a day of work.

Storage sheds can range in size from a 6x8 up to a 16x40. There is a large variety of building designs and sizes on our lot. I anticipate you will find a building on the lot that is exactly what you are looking for... or maybe you just prefer designing your own building (with your own personal style and preferences). One of my favorite building designs is the Shed Dormer! With all of the natural light shining through the windows, it illuminates the space so beautifully! This stunning 10x20 Utility Shed Dormer has a 7/12 pitch roof, three 10"x29" horizontal windows, two 3x3 windows and double barn doors with windows. Let the sunlight in... 🌞

If you haven't already gotten your mowers, tools and equipment stored away in a dry, protective place for the Winter, then you need to check out this 12x28 Rosemary Green Lofted Garage. The garage packages include a roll-up garage door, solid House Door, 2x3 window and 12" on center floor joists to support heavier loads. The lofted garage also has the additional 8' foot of lofted space, which maximizes your storage and keeps the floor free of clutter.

When you can only accommodate a small storage shed on your property, but you need a wide opening on your building for storing larger items, such as large mowers or overstuffed furniture, then don't give up hope. This 8x12 Utility Storage Shed with double barn doors may meet your needs. (Usually the 8x12 buildings come standard with a 4' Barn Door, but this shed came with (2) 3-foot Barn Doors, which offers even better clearance.) I'm sure we have a shed here on the lot that will meet your storage needs!

If you are unable to find exactly what you are looking for, then you are able to custom design a building with your very own personal preferences. Buildings can be constructed as small as a 6x6 or as large as a 16x40. There is also an option for a Double Wide Utility building or garage that can be constructed as large as a 24x40. The 2026 buildings on the lot have a 10% discount, but the custom built orders also have a 10% discount!

If you are interested in raising backyard chickens, then you may need a chicken coop. The chicken coops come equipped with 4 nesting boxes with exterior hatch access, 2 windows for ventilation, a roosting ladder, a 3' foot wooden barn door (for human access) and a small chicken exit door. You are also able to custom order chicken coops in larger sizes. The chicken coops can range in size from a 6x8 up to an 8x16, and you are also able to extend the nesting boxes up to a set of 6. The chicken coop highlighted in the photo has Rustic Red paint, Barn White trim and Black Metal roof.

Don't forget about the 10% discount on the buildings on the lot, as well as a 10% discount on custom shop-built orders. It is always my pleasure to help you!
