Some people show up to work.
Then there are people like Tim — the ones who help set the tone for the whole day.

For over 5 years, Tim has been a steady part of the Toler team. He’s usually one of the first voices you hear in the morning, making his rounds and speaking to everybody before the day gets rolling. And when extra work needs to be handled, he’s one of the guys you can count on to step up.

Tim takes pride in doing things the right way. He cares about quality, accuracy, and making sure the finished product reflects the standard we stand behind. Now… he might fuss a little before taking on that extra task — but somehow, he still ends up going the extra mile every time. 😂

Good work, Tim. We appreciate the consistency, the teamwork, and the effort you bring to the field every day.

Today we’re recognizing Maurice for 8 years with Toler Insulating Company, Inc.

Over the years, Maurice has contributed a lot to our team — especially when it comes to helping teach newer technicians the ropes. One thing that stands out about Maurice is his patience with others and his willingness to slow down and explain things when someone is learning.

Maurice has a strong skill set and produces quality work that reflects the experience he has gained throughout the years. Like all of us, growth comes over time, and we’ve seen that growth throughout his journey here at Toler Insulating.

We appreciate the role Maurice has played over the last 8 years and want to thank him for being part of the team.

Carlos sent this over at 4:37 this afternoon while the crew was pushing through a vaulted ceiling project. No shortcuts — just hard work, grit, and commitment to making sure our customers are taken care of.

We’re proud of the men at Toler Insulating who continue to show up, work hard, and give their best even in the heat. It doesn’t go unnoticed.
