At Prep My Lakehouse, our Winter Protection Program (WPP) provides proactive, hands-on freeze preparation and post-storm care throughout the winter season.

1️⃣ WE WATCH THE WEATHER.
When freezing temperatures are forecast to last 12 hours or more, our team prepares to take action. You don’t have to watch the forecast or arrange last-minute help.

2️⃣ WE PREPARE YOUR LAKEHOUSE.
Before the freeze, our team visits your property to:

✔️ Adjust thermostats and confirm heating systems are operating
✔️ Open sink cabinets to circulate warm air around plumbing
✔️ Set faucets to drip when appropriate
