🏠 Just finished a reroof where the last guys cut every corner they could. Old felt paper left under the new underlayment instead of pulled off. They roofed around the satellite dish instead of taking it down and resetting it right. No valley metal anywhere.

None of that's visible once shingles are on — it just looks like a roof. But it's not one that's going to hold up the way it should.

🏠 "Claim denied" or "No damage found." We hear that a lot. It's not always true.
