ATTENTION - WINTER SAFETY COVER INSTALATION AND ALL CLOSING COSTS - just so everyone is clear there is a charge to install any covers sold. Be it separate or with an New In Ground Pool. In Ground Pools Sold and installed DO NOT get installed free. It has always been this way FOR EVER. Installs start at 15x30 $350 - 16x32 $375 - 18x36 $400 and everything up to 20x40 is $450.

Closing after this year will be going up ALSO. Typical closings for in grounds this year are 15x30 $350 - 16x32 $375 - 18x36 $400 and everything else up to 20x40 is $450 - If I do your closing with the cover install you get $50 off. ALSO any closing without safety covers that are tarps and waterbags are an extra $50 and openings are an extra $100.

I am pretty confident that you will not find a price less. Fuel costs, chemical costs and labor costs add up quick.

If you been following the liner is in, all new plumbing is in for new pump, filter and chlorinator. The dirt is all back in the trenches problem is there is issue with the 220 line and they are fixing it Monday so, I will have new pictures of the Gem that was brought back to live by www.gatorspoolservice.com which is the new home for all your needs in the local area Northern Illinois and Southern Wi. www.ingroundsolutions.com All we have left is touch up the paint that got scatched up during the rehab that we painted.

Well, I trawled the bottom of a 18x36 by myself today about 5.5 hour. Man feels different after my 70th birthday haha. We spend days installing a new skimmer in a new place and replacing all the lines. Repairing rust and putting new steel in areas. Liner tomorrow and this is another pool brought back from the dead!. www.gatorspoolservice.com

The guys these days would have a stroke if you back filled with dirt, OH IT WILL SETTLE AND THE CONCRETE WILL CRACK, LOL TOTAL FOLK LORE. The fact is with out that v***r barrier you see there when the ground freezes and heaves that is more likely to crack the concrete. Every pool I go on to repair that is backfilled with dirt has great concrete. Newer pools with gravel packed with concrete on top of that not so much because of the ground freeze and heave in this part of the country! Notice the saw cut, no cracks!
