We have 37 apartments left before our July 31st deadline, and I have no doubt we'll get it done.

There aren't enough words to describe how grateful I am for my team. Day after day they show up, work hard, and give their all. Running a business isn't possible without good people behind you, and I'm blessed to have some of the best.

We're currently tackling 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment deep cleans, and these jobs are no joke. Every room, bathroom, kitchen, and detail matters, and my staff continues to rise to the occasion.

To my team—thank you for showing up, for pushing through the long days, and for caring about the work we put our name on. Posh has been built on hard work, dedication, and teamwork, and each of you plays a part in that.

I'm proud of what we're accomplishing together. Here's to many more apartments, many more opportunities, and continued growth.

Day 3 of this contract and all I can say is… my team is truly one of a kind. 💚
We were given 10 days to complete this project before the next one and at the pace we’re moving, we should be finished by Day 5. That doesn’t happen without dedication, teamwork, leadership, and people who genuinely care about the work they do.
Day 1 — 16 people
Day 2 — 15 people
Day 3 — 14 people
Next 2 days — close to 20 people ready to go
Watching this team come together has been one of the biggest blessings. Everyone showed up ready to work, help each other, and get the job DONE. I’m beyond grateful for every single person standing beside me through this journey.
God is so good. 🙏
From building this business from the ground up to leading crews this size… I never take any of it for granted. Proud is an understatement.

What started as a dream turned into a whole movement. Summer contract officially begins Monday and I honestly couldn’t ask for a better team. Y’all are hardworking, loyal, funny, motivated, and READY. 🔥
From long days preparing, organizing, hiring, planning, and stressing behind the scenes… it’s finally go time. This season is about growth, money, teamwork, and proving to ourselves what we’re capable of.
