🚨 A FIRST FOR MADISON! 🏡

This jobsite is officially ready for the next big step — setting what will be the first manufactured ADU in the City of Madison, Wisconsin!

It’s taken a lot of coordination and persistence to get to this point, but seeing the site prepared and ready for the home to arrive makes it all worth it.

Very soon, this space will go from a construction site to a brand-new home ready for its first tenants.

Manufactured ADUs can be a great way to create additional housing, maximize an existing property, and add long-term value — and we’re excited to help bring this option to Madison.

🏠 A LOT OF RED TAPE… BUT WE’RE FINALLY MOVING!

It took a little longer than we hoped to work through the kinks with zoning and the building inspection process, but persistence pays off.

We’re excited to officially be moving forward on SRS Builders’ first Manufactured ADU in Madison, Wisconsin!

Being one of the first means there’s no perfect roadmap. There were questions to answer, details to work through, and a few hurdles along the way—but that’s part of doing something new.

Now the fun part begins. 🔨

We’re excited to see this project come together and even more excited about what Manufactured ADUs could mean for homeowners throughout the Madison area—more flexibility, more usable living space, and new possibilities for their properties.

A great day on the course with even better people.

One thing we've learned in business is that relationships matter. Whether we're building homes or sharing a round of golf on the hottest day of the year, we're grateful for the people who trust and support SRS Builders.

Pretty sure we lost a few pounds, drank our body weight in water, and may have melted a golf ball or two... but spending the day with good people made every sweaty minute worth it.

We almost had it.

The shingles were flying, the crew was rolling, and then a thunderstorm appeared out of nowhere like it got a notification we were about to finish.

So we did what professionals do:

✅ Secured the materials
✅ Kept everyone safe
✅ Refused to cut corners
