We started by clearing most of the property, removing pine trees, stumps, and performing root raking to get everything cleaned up and ready for the next phase. ๐ŸŒฒ

Next, we tackled drainage by installing a culvert pipe, extending the ditch, and grading it out to make sure the water flows in the right direction! ๐Ÿ’ง

Finally, we finished off with a temporary driveway leading to a 26x26 building pad, all set for a two-car garage being built by our friends Cline Construction Services! ๐Ÿš—๐Ÿ  We enjoy working with them and know you will too. Check them out for all of your building needs!

We installed five roof drains to redirect water away from the house, and completed a full regrading of the backyard. This included removing two flower beds, then adding seed and straw to the entire area for a fresh and even look.
