25-30 hours per week.
The Bookkeeper/Office Manager is primarily responsible for all administrative functions of the office including, but not limited to, billing, payroll, accounting, risk management, compliance, and human resources functions.
• 60% Accurate and Timely completion of accounting functions which includes accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll processing and monthly financial statement preparation
• 15% Human Resources responsibilities to include onboarding new employees, completing appropriate paperwork and ensuring performance reviews are completed timely for new employees and annually thereafter.
• 10% Vendor Management to include obtaining W4’s, issuing 1099’s and maintain vendor relationships
• 10% Maintain records on all company assets to include license renewals, insurance coverage and maintenance and repair records.
• 5% Evaluate and Implement New Strategies and Procedures to improve Company efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Accounting Software Experience
Payroll / HR Experience
High School Degree
Preferred Skills
Computer Skills (Microsoft Office Products as well as ability to learn other software), Excellent Written/Verbal Communication Skills, Attention to Detail, Basic Math Skills and Customer Service Skills

Local travel is required to banks with private auto (mileage reimbursement is provided) and incumbent must have ability to lift 25 pounds
