•Just a quick Thank You to our amazing customers, friends and family that have been supportive of our family, our business and the military careers of both Riley and Peyton as they prepare for their upcoming deployments.

•Riley has been home approximately 8 days in the last 10 weeks, so we will be soaking in a much needed family day on Sunday. We will take the evening to make sure all client accounts are updated.

•If you’re waiting to hear back from either of us for quotes, calls/texts or updates on shipping I will be reaching out Monday. (Manufacturing delays do continue and we try and quote the most accurate timeline possible)

Good afternoon Semper Fi HVAC-R customers,

I just wanted to say Thank You to everyone who has been so patient and understanding as I, Brittany, have taken over all of the logistical duties of Semper Fi Heating and Cooling while Riley is at military training.

I have caught up on all voicemails, quotes, and invoices as of today. If you were waiting for one please check your email or give me a call 406-654-4381 and we can go over them together. We have our financing promos still available through the end of July, as well as 2 incredible, hard working techs working while Riley is away to make sure there is no distruption to your hvac-r needs.

Good Evening Everyone!

We made it through the major heatwave. Thank you to all of our customers for bearing with us during the extreme heat. We are working in full force to help keep everyone cool and comfortable.

In the last two weeks Riley was gone a little over a week for military duty. Next month he will be gone for two weeks BUT we will still have our team working around the clock to help serve you. We want to give our employee Peyton a huge shout out for stepping up during the times that Riley has been gone! Peyton has been improving his HVAC education and it is paying dividends to our company and our customers.

Make sure you are changing your filters regularly and keeping debris away from your outdoor AC system. We have came across several outdoor condensers that needed to be cleaned thoroughly in order to cool properly. Give us a call for any of your HVAC needs. We will take care of you properly.

With the current COVID-19 outbreak in Phillips County, we are taking proactive measures to keep your family as well as ours safe while continuing to service your HVAC-R needs.

-We are doing everything possible to diagnose, and repair/replace equipment with little to no contact with the public. This includes, working non-typical work hours, when the home or business will be unoccupied for no additional fees. We are also asking customers to utilize our contact free quote, invoicing and payment system. If you need assistance Brittany is available via phone or email to help with this process.

-While we are in your home or business, or when contact is unavoidable, we will be wearing masks, sanitation of all tools, wearing gloves, and staying 6ft apart.

We are very thankful for our community and the support you have shown us. We will continue to serve Phillips County in all areas of HVAC-R.
