This powder room is all glitz and glam…but can we talk about the urinal?!

We’ve been incorporating urinals into our custom homes for years, and let’s be honest…we might just be trendsetters on this one. 😎

The men already know how great this feature is. And the women? Well, let’s ask them how they feel the next time the toilet seat is left up or there’s a little evidence left behind. 😂

Sometimes the best custom features aren’t just about looks. They’re about making everyday life a little better.

You’re welcome, ladies. 🍻

AI is taking over, and what better way to protect yourself and your family than a concrete enclosed safe room with a Fort Knox Safes & Vaults door?! 🤖🔐

A lot of planning, coordination, and a little muscle go a long way when you’re working with reinforced concrete walls and a vault door weighing well over 1,000 lbs!

When we say custom, we mean it. Anything and everything is on the table. If it touches the ground, we can build it!

Thankful for the opportunity to tour Pella Windows and Doors and headquarters and manufacturing facility in Pella, Iowa.

We weren’t able to take photos inside the factory, but the manufacturing process was seriously impressive. The level of automation, precision, quality control, and attention to detail that goes into every window gives you a whole new appreciation for the finished product. This particular facility primarily produces Pella’s Lifestyle Series aluminum clad windows.

We’ve installed a number of competing window brands over the years, but from our experience, Pella continues to stand apart. Beyond the quality of the product, they’re constantly innovating and improving and they back it up with some of the best customer service and warranty support we’ve experienced in the industry.

As a builder, it’s valuable to see firsthand what goes into the products we specify and install in our homes. Trips like this reinforce why we continue to put our trust in Pella.

Appreciate the Pella team for having us out to Iowa and giving us a behind the scenes look at how it all comes together!

Just wrapped up this 9,500 finished SF home with over 11,700 SF under roof.

With a walkout basement, two levels above, and third-floor bedroom lofts, there’s a lot packed into this one. So many great details and features throughout the home, and this only touches on a few of them.

This was such a fun build from start to finish, and we’re excited to see our clients turn this house into a home and begin a new chapter filled with memories for their family.

Proud of how this one came together!
