Great review from Megan... "I can’t say enough good things about Jose Ortiz! We have a 1966 built home with a clogged and broken pipe underneath our kitchen floor, and what seemed like a major headache was handled quickly and professionally.
We called multiple plumbers, and everyone backed out of the job due to the complexity of the job, which involved digging under the floor and determining the issue. When we called, Jose was there on time, responsive, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on and how he was going to fix it. He even took his time and explained that if he rushed the job, things may break. Therefore, he took his time and slowly worked through the issue properly without causing anymore damage.
His workmanship was excellent, and he treated our home with care throughout the entire process. It’s hard to find someone who is not only skilled at what they do but also honest, reliable, and genuinely cares about their customers. Thanks to Jose, everything is working perfectly again, and we have complete peace of mind.
