This flip house had an old basement access shed attached to the back that had seen way better days. Paint peeling, vines growing through it, rotted out at the base, it was so far gone that all it took was a strap and a tug to pull the whole thing over.

Tore it down, framed up a brand new one from scratch, installed a new door, sheathed the walls, and shingled the roof. Clean, solid, and actually safe to use now.

Sometimes the best thing you can do for a structure is start over completely.

This one started with a phone call about a dripping shower, a worn out mixing valve that needed replacing. Once we got in there and knocked that out, the customer decided it was a good time to give the bathroom a little refresh while we were at it.

New paint, new vanity tops in marble, new mirrors, and then she had us hang a couple of new light fixtures in the living room and over the kitchen table to brighten the place up for when she has company over.

Sometimes a small repair turns into something you’ve been meaning to do anyway. Glad we could help her get it all done at once.

This one started with a leaking valve inside the shower wall that had been slowly doing damage for who knows how long. By the time we got in there the framing and subfloor were rotted out and had to be completely replaced.

We demoed it down to nothing, replaced all the plumbing with new PEX, rebuilt the framing and subfloor, and then came the tricky part — the tile. It was specially imported from Italy, so we had to source the same tile to make sure the repair blended seamlessly with what was already there.

The end result looks like the day it was first tiled. The customer couldn’t have been happier, and honestly we can’t blame them.

This one was a full bathroom refresh across two bathrooms — no demo, just smart upgrades that made a big difference.

We replaced both vanity tops with new quartz countertops and undermount sinks, added picture frame trim around the mirrors to dress them up instead of leaving them floating on the wall, new faucets, and new LVP flooring throughout both bathrooms, the office, the master closet, and the laundry room.

Sometimes you don’t need to gut a room to make it feel completely different. The right updates in the right places go a long way.

This deck had seen better days — weathered boards, worn out rails, and way past its prime. The customer wanted it ready to enjoy before summer hit, so we replaced the top handrails and gave the whole deck a fresh coat of paint.

Night and day difference. Now it’s actually somewhere you want to spend time.

This client wanted to get more out of their carport without losing it completely. We framed up a bonus room on one side while keeping enough space beside it to still park a vehicle. Best of both worlds.

Sometimes the extra space you’ve been looking for is already right there — it just needs some framing and a little vision.

Came out clean — vinyl siding on the exterior, a new garage door to finish it off, and still enough room to pull a vehicle in beside it and inside the new room. No space wasted whatsoever.

Bathroom Floor Rescue

What started as a soft, saggy bathroom floor turned into a full subfloor rebuild. A hidden water leak had rotted the subfloor all the way down to the framing — the kind of damage you don’t see until you start pulling things apart.

Tore it all out, rebuilt the framing, installed new subfloor, new LVP flooring, and trim. Solid as a rock now.

This is exactly why you don’t ignore a soft spot in your floor. What’s a minor annoyance today can turn into a major repair tomorrow.
