One of our biggest jobs yet!! Please Like & Share! Its always appreciated! โค๏ธ

The homeowner had an unfinished basement and was looking for a company to hang drywall, finishing touches with mud & tape, then apply texture and paint to a color of their choice.

Thankfully they chose us to finish it for them! ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ

Watching it go from an unfinished product with just the basic framing, to a finished basement makes me feel amazing! There was a lot of work and hours put into this job to make the customers happy and we canโ€™t be anymore satisfied with watching everything come together day by day, especially with how everything turned out!

Quick & Simple Flooring Job Completed โœ…

The Home Owner was unable to use the toilet due to soft spots in the floor underneath.

Heres What I Did To Make The Customer Happily Satisfied!

โ€ข Unhooked water lines and removed toilet from fl**ge

โ€ข Removed 2 layers of Linoleum to expose the bare floor

โ€ข Removed all soft spots surrounding the toilet fl**ge (luckily it didnโ€™t continue underneath the shower or vanity)

โ€ข Wiped away Mold and used Mold rated removal products over moldy areas to prevent it from coming back!

โ€ข Installed new OSB where it was needed

โ€ข Used spray adhesive and double sided tape to keep the new Vinyl Sheeting that I installed in place!

Another Bathroom Remodel For the books! Customer is so satisfied with how it turned out and amazed with the price!

โ€ขRemoved Plaster, tile & wallpaper, then replaced with mold & moisture resistant drywall!

โ€ขMud & Taped as well, although it is very time consuming but my favorite because Iโ€™m a perfectionist everyone loves my end results!

โ€ขLast but not least, primed and painted to homeowners choice of paint and theyโ€™re very happy with how it turned out!

Next Upcoming Projects, 2 mobile home renovations replacing soft spots in the floor for both. Replacing laminate in one and putting in flooring in the other!! Message me for any of your Property service needs!

Heres our latest Basement Remodel!
Keep in mind, not 100% of everything weโ€™ve done is pictured but there will be videos following afterwards!

Originally the homeowner wanted just one room re-done by replacing drywall for a small mold restoration. She was amazed with our work so much that she decided to have us remodel her whole basement!

Here is a list of everything we did for this job.

-Removed all Drywall / Paneling

-Removed pre-existing walls to create an open layout

-Removed old foam insulation

-Mold Remediation using proper mold rated removal products

- Glued Carpet removal as well as tile

-Installed new studs to make the basement up to code for the electrician

-Installed new foam insulation

-Installed 1/2in Basement Board (which is more resistant to mold / moisture)

-Installed 2x4s to frame new doorways

-Installed new window frames as well
as window trim (all painted to match)

-Primed & Painted all walls with homeowners choice of paint including bathroom

-Replaced false ceiling with a new racking system and paneling
