A new Pentair water treatment system from durawater.

Installed a new 20" sediment filter for pre filtering water going into the storage tanks. After storage water goes into a new air atomizer filter to removing sulfur smell and iron.

After that is a whole house water softener with brine tank. Water should be much cleaner less smelly and should also be softer now.

Had a bad compressor, must have been bad internal bearing it was drawing locked rotor amps and would not start. Sad part is the unit was only 6 years old but the compressor was dated at 10 years old? Was manufacturered during covid, lots of weird things happened then. Either way

I Gave one of these ARRCO Air remanufactured compressors a shot from SupplyHouse and I gotta say i was impressed.

The Compressor was an exact match compared to the original compressor. The packaging was better than most oem compressors. The package also included all of the needed components that should be replaced when doing a swap.

Doing a compressor swap is like doing a heart transplant. Its a good practice to test for acid in the system and treat as needed. A new liquid filter should be put on to avoid contaminants, a new wire harness should be done and a new capacitor should be installed. This kit came with it all it was amazing. Usually when installing oem compressors ever component needs to be ordered separately.

I say good job guys this kit was awesome. The compressor ran perfect when it started up and sounded good. I will definitely be using these again if I need a compressor.

All of this in a kit for half the cost of new oem compressor and comes with as good of a warranty as oem. I really hope they stand up over time.

Fixed an air handler up that was causing sheet rock damage due to water issues. The inside of the unit was filling with water. The end of the coil was throwing water into the cabinet. Only 1 drain line with a running trap hardly any pitch on it. Not a single float switch or wet switch in sight. Ther le was no safety pan under the unit either.

Rolled the unit over and flipped the coil around to prevent moisture from being pulled off the coil. Set the unit in a safety pan with a wet switch. New drain line with a float switch and a secondary drain line. Drains are now hard pipes directly outside. Hopfully all this will prevent anymore water damage to the building.

A new Airtemp Cooling and Heating Equipment from the R.E. Michel Company

One of the original units finally broke down the compressor whent bad. Not much sense in fixing it as price for compressor was as much as a new unit almost.

The new system could bot go bad in the same place due to the refrigerant lines were not sized correctly and running new lines to this location was impossible without cutting a whole bunch of the house apart. Ended up moving the unit to the other side of the house so new lines could be installed properly. Moved the electrical over and mounted the new system on the wall.

Came out pretty clean I think

A new General HVAC Solutions America, Inc. Airstage unit from the R.E. Michel Company

A new 3 zone system installed for cooling. The customer was using a window air conditioner in 1 room to cool the house. Now we get ac to 3 rooms including the bedroom that hasn't had ac before.

Lines run up into an attic and across to the heads. The drains need to be finished up still so they look neater.

There was a large concern about noise level of the unit. I had to tell the customer the unit was actuslly on and they had ti feel the air blowing out cold to believe me. These units are very quiet not like your normal ac that makes tons of noise.

A new Bradford White Water Heaters from the R.E. Michel Company

The old heater had sprung a leak and was toast. Installed a new gas powered heater. The new heater is set in a saftey pan with a drain to prevent future water issues.

Well this sucks!

For context this was on a white rubberized roof. The white was reflecting the heat of the sun making hotter than it should have been. When the sun whent away behind the clouds it was closer to 90ish or so. When the sun was out it sure felt like being in an oven.

A new Airtemp Cooling and Heating Equipment system from the re R.E. Michel Company

An old system that hasn't been used in 20 years got laid to rest. System was empty of refrigerant and we figured it was money better spent to replace the system with new rather than try and fix it.

Made some repairs along the way with the original disconnect location was too low and behind the unit. Raised it up so its easy accessible if needed. Ran new refrigerant lines which is always a good practice. The old lines were full of refrigerant oil which would have contaminated the new system. Installed a new air handler with a2l sensor built in. New pad and the new system was purring like a kitten.

A new Liberty Pumps Inc from SupplyHouse

Had a customer with a 20 year old tank and sump pump. They were getting nervous the pump and tank would die sometime they wanted to replace things before the failure happened.

Installed this new tank and submersible pump.
