Finished up with this deck in Fordland! Customer wanted to get rid of the post in the middle of the garage doors and get the stairs off the driveway as well, to get more space for pulling in and out of the garage. Thank you Daniel Phillips and Nikki for calling us to get you taken care of!

This home looked like it had a leopard print roof from the ground, along with the siding/window damage. But not all damage is so noticeable! If you’re in the Springfield/Republic and surrounding area please reach out to someone to inspect your roof! If not us, there are an abundance of reputable and trustworthy contractors that offer free estimates and inspections to make sure you don’t have hidden damage. On the same note, we would be happy to get someone out to you for a free inspection/estimate to make sure your home is in good shape and if not, help you navigate the insurance to get you covered and taken care of!

The Hardie products are lap siding in 7.25” Arctic White cedar mill and 6.25” smooth primed to paint the color of your choice. Pictures will have the details of each vinyl color.

This project is one that hits a little closer to home for us.

My in-laws lost their home and everything in it to a house fire in January. We’ve been working along side other crews, friends and family to get them back into a place that feels more like home. Concrete was laid down the first week of March and we’re a couple days of trim out from having it ready to spray finish and start on fixtures, cabinets and flooring! It’s been an amazing thing to see everyone come together to get this done, with all of us knowing they would do the same for any of us in a heart beat.

On a side note, they really knocked it out of the park with their color combo on that exterior metal! Ash Gray and Textured Black from B&J Metals in Norwood, MO.

A before and after on this deck in Cabool! Customer came to us with a deck that was falling apart, and we also discovered damage to the rim board due to improper flashing at that connection. We got them demoed and rebuilt with the proper steps taken to keep water off the new rim. Get ahold of us to get your new deck in time for some spring/summer fun!
