Building walls with natural stones is by far one of my favorite things to do, but it can be very tedious getting each stone placed just perfectly. When I’m looking for the next stone to place, sometimes I think I’ve found the perfect shape and size stone, but sometimes I get it in place and it’s not quite right. So, like any good “artist”, I work with the imperfections and try to make the irregular asymmetrical stones look like they fell into place and belong right where they are at. All in all, this job will be the biggest job I’ve completed to date and I’m excited to see how the end result really ties in the whole landscape with the beautiful log/stone veneer home!
