🌿 Shady backyard oasis brought to life! 🌿

This project got a full refresh with brand new landscape lighting, a transformer system, solar lights, a Tamukeyama Japanese maple, a water fountain, cherry river rock, and a beautiful mix of flowers, grasses, and shrubs. 🌳πŸͺ¨πŸŒΈ

We also trimmed up several trees to clean up the space while still keeping that cool, peaceful, shaded oasis feel. During the day, it feels calm and natural and at night, the lighting completely transforms the space. πŸŒ™πŸ’‘

We also added a fresh border along the paver driveway and repaired the brick driveway, giving the area a cleaner finished look while helping protect the surrounding ground from everyday traffic. πŸš—

The retaining walls, pavers, and flagstone were freshly soft washed by Mohr’s Exterior Washing, which helped tie the entire project together with a clean, refreshed finish. ✨

A beautiful low-maintenance upgrade with color, texture, lighting, and a relaxing shaded feel. 🌿🏑

Thank you to Don and Careyanne for trusting Eastern Iowa Lawn Care with this project! πŸ™Œ

Another landscape bed wrapped up! 🌿

This project got a fresh mix of globe arborvitae, a spiral juniper, lavender, hostas, and coral bells to add structure, color, and texture while keeping the bed low-maintenance. πŸͺ»πŸŒ±

Simple. Clean. Low-maintenance. Big difference. πŸ”₯

Thank you to Dick Hoover for trusting Eastern Iowa Lawn Care with the project! πŸ™Œ

My truck decided to take an unscheduled nap on the side of the road. Total breakdown! But thanks to some amazing connections and what can only be described as a little bit of divine intervention, I'm now the proud owner of a new truck! Sometimes things falling apart is just the universe's way of giving you something better. What a ride!

Who says a little rain stops the show? We're out here, chef's kissing these lawns like it's a sunny day. We've even mowed in snow before – talk about a throwback! Today, it's 18 yards done, plus helping Zach get a head start. Watch us dig for rocks (not minerals, mind you!).

Watch these lawn care pros turn a regular yard into a striped masterpiece. But beware, it might just spark a friendly rivalry! Who do you think wins this turf battle? Tag your lawn-loving friends!

Turns out, not all construction sites are built the same... and neither are the people on them! Watch as we tackle a patio renovation, uncover some questionable landscaping choices, and try to figure out which lilac is the ugliest. Trust us, it's a real tear-jerker... or maybe just a laugh-riot.

What's your biggest job site pet peeve? Let us know below!

Turns out, landscaping projects involve a surprising amount of rock... and sometimes a little less than you planned! We're heading to the dump, picking up more rock than needed (because why not?), and getting ready for a massive job at Carson's Funeral Home. It's going to be sick! What's your most unexpected landscaping adventure?

They say the show must go on, and so does the mowing! Damien and the team battled the elements, tackling 6 yards in the drizzle and even promising 2 more if they finished on time. Rain, snow, or shine, they're an all-season team, proving that a little weather won't stop them from getting the job done. Stick around for their next adventure!

Who knew surgery and a little rain wouldn't stop us from making lawns look chef's kiss? We're out here, doing what we love (and making them look good, even in a downpour!). Ready to see the magic? Let's get these yards looking pristine!

So, I might have made a questionable yard choice for this demo... right before it started pouring! Happens to the best of us. You can't control the weather, but you can sure try to make the lawn look decent. Forget stripes, it's all about the border and a quick middle stripe when it's wet, otherwise, you're just making mud pies. It's not perfect, but it's a heck of a lot better! Now, who wants to see a dry yard next time? Let me know in the comments!
