With the solace of a peaceful sunrise and serene view...it's saddening to admit that we are struggling to find employees for agricultural jobs. Really struggling. The labor shortage is truly killing us. If you know of anyone looking AND WILLING to work, there is employment available! Surprisingly, two-thirds of our employees make between $13.00 and $20 per hour based on their skill level. The jobs are out there...but where are the individuals to fill these positions?
