This client had us stain both their front and back deck in July. With a Musket Brown Stain from Sherwin Williams. So we went with the same color for the trim around the windows. Initially they wanted to paint the exterior trim. But we recommended trim coil for a maintenance free no worry finish. We recently made it back to finish up the landscaping on this 300 sq ft pavor patio we completed in July. The client trusted us to pick out a decorative rock and we chose River Rock. Which offers a wide variety of colors and size. We washed alot of sediment and dirt from the stones. So in time these will pop with even more color. And that grass is coming in !!!!!. We recently had a client cut a hole in the ceiling of there pavilion so there door would open all the way. Even then it wouldn't open completely. We lowered the door a half inch and made the hole look good. Even after ripping a 1×6 trim board down to a 1/8" the door barely touched while opening all the way. We tried keeping the cost of material down by not replacing any panels. And using trim . I think this project was a success!!!. Reach out for any of your handyman needs at 740-396-9996.

We were recently tasked with replacing this LVP flooring for a client that we have worked with for years . A improper amount of floor leveler was used through out the kitchen. Which resulted in the ceramic bead to break and the vinyl planks to separate. We re- leveled the floor and installed new LVP and 1/4 round throughout the kitchen. Along with 2 custom oak wood transitions due to the difference in the kitchen and living room floor. The end result is flawless. Reach out for any of your homes needs at 740-396-9996.
