This one was on the brink of failure.

The original foundation was starting to give way, so we stepped in quickly to stabilize the structure with temporary framing and safely support the home. From there, we removed the compromised block, excavated the area, and installed a brand-new footer to ensure a solid base moving forward.

Once the new foundation block was laid, we carefully set the home back in place, followed by waterproofing and proper backfilling to protect it for the long haul.
