For entertainment purposes only! This deck addition is looking massive and is going to really be a great addition to the back yard! Somewhat drier weather this week so we were able to make serious progress! From digging and pouring the footings to the 42’-7” PWT 14” lvl to eliminate extra post and all the joist. Stay tuned to see the progress

Recent decking overhaul
There’s been issues with Duralife decking recently. The product is no longer in production, but the company that currently owns them has been helping with material warranties!
This was a Duralife deck that we removed decking and replaced a few joist to make the deck flat again.
Deckorators decking was used and the existing railing was reinstalled.

Recent deck project we did on a new construction home we framed over the fall and winter. Love the Azek Weathered Teak color. Railings to come after the siding!

Framing is wrapped up on this garage addition. We will be back for siding and wrapping the garage doors. This really added usable space to this 1950s house!
Added 14-2” to the garage doubling the size going to a 18’x8’ OH door from the old 7’x9’ door. Also added a 6’x7’ OH door out the rear for mowers and easy access!

New Azek PVC deck. Using ProWood True frame for joist and stair stringers. AZEK Exteriors Vintage English Walnut decking, Westbury C10 handrail in Textured Bronze. Also our first time using the Westbury 6x6 post wraps, they’re a great option for not staining post and matching the railing perfectly. Everything turned out very well and is a major upgrade for the happy homeowners. It’s definitely deck season! Materials as always provided by Suburban Lumber Company
