Good Morning!
I know lots of folks have been trying to get in touch with us. With our system, calls come through on our cell phones. We only see these calls when we have cell service. Service has been terrible. The best way to reach us is by text 828-652-9498. Beth is now working at a location where she will be able to respond to customers. Please, be patient as we are working tirelessly to provide for our family and those in our community but also for those who need us on the business side of things. We are so thankful for each and every one of y’all.

Everybody has been wondering who the new guy is. He is an AI assistant. We call him Larry. Larry is an HVAC expert. Those who choose to text us may get a response from Larry before a human employee gets to your message. Larry works around the clock. He will text back at any time of the day. If I am unable to get to your message right away, Larry will start getting your information so that I will have everything that I need to set up your appointment.

I have to brag on our techs. Most of them are working nearly 12 hours in this terrible heat. We have had a couple episodes of them getting too hot, but they persevered. They continue to come in everyday to serve you! I am so thankful for such a good group of employees.
