Brand New Sidewalk Complete ✨

This home got a fresh new look last week by replacing their old walkway with a brand new concrete sidewalk that winds so perfectly around the house from the front door to the driveway. We’re loving how it turned out! 🙌

Back upper level windows are in and wow, are they beautiful! 🤩

From the inside, they will be in a hallway and a bedroom upstairs. They are already letting in so much more light on the upper level. Before, there was one single old window in an open space. When we get done with it, it will now have a room and a hallway for them. It just makes more sense and will feel like it was always meant to be that way, especially with more natural light coming in! ✨

Yesterday, we went and picked out more material and then Grant got me on the roof to help him with wrapping and taping. It was a good day spent working towards our dreams together. I love getting my hands dirty with him just as much as I do designing the project together. I am always reminded how hard the work he does, for us and for all of you, can be and I admire him even more every time. 🥰

Another fixer-upper upgrade! ✨

The first floor windows are officially getting a brand new look! Out with the old and in with these beautiful black windows that are already making such a difference. It’s amazing how one upgrade can start changing the entire feel of a home! 🏡

This fixer upper is a BIG project, but little by little, we’re bringing our vision to life. We’ve got a long way to go, but we’re loving watching this house transform into the home we’ve been dreaming of it to become! 🖤

Another flooring transformation complete! ✨

Let’s take a moment for that new flooring look and fresh carpet smell 🤌🏻

We installed new LVP flooring in the kitchen, new carpet throughout the living room and landing, and vinyl flooring was added to the stairs and entry.

Unfortunately, the homeowners had already paid someone else to do the work the first time around, only to be left with low quality workmanship and materials that didn’t hold up. That meant they had to pay to have the job done a second time — and that’s where we came in. 💪🏻

We took the time to do it right, using quality materials and paying attention to the details that make a finished project look great and, most importantly, last.

A reminder that the lowest bid and cheapest materials aren’t always the best deal. Sometimes saving a little upfront can end up costing much more when you have to redo the work later.

At MGR Services LLC, we believe in doing things right the first time — because quality work is built to last. 🏠🔨

It was new roof time on our fixer upper! 🏠🔨

The old roof has definitely seen better days. With multiple layers, leaks, and years of wear, it was time to give this house the fresh start it deserved. This is one of those projects that isn’t always the prettiest, but it’s one of the most important. Every board we replace and every shingle we lay gets us one step closer to turning this house into something we’re truly proud of.

We also took some time to tear off that old front porch that was no longer serving its purpose. It was very worn, was harboring quite a few wasp homes and had boards on the lower portion that was not letting in any air so it had to go!

I can’t wait for you to see what we do with that porch and the rest of the house! Stay tuned! The best is still yet to come! 🖤🏡

✨ Big news… we bought our very first fixer upper! 🏡🔨

This isn’t just another project for us, it’s something we’ve dreamed about doing together for a long time. It’s our first full renovation, and it’s so much more than work. It’s a dream for our family, our kids, and our future.

This house needs a major overhaul, and it’s definitely going to test us. Between running the business, raising our family, and pouring everything we have into this home, progress has been slower than we’d like. We are confident that every ounce of hard work is bringing us one step closer to the vision we have and the lessons learned will be well worth it.

We can’t promise constant updates, but we’ll share as much of the journey as we can along the way. We hope you’ll stick with us and watch this house transform as our dreams become reality.

More than anything, we hope this project inspires you to dream about your own home renovations. If you’ve been wondering whether that outdated house, unfinished space, or dream project is possible-we hope this gives you the confidence to go for it.

It’s been a busy summer here at MGR Services LLC! ☀️

Lately we have:
🔨 Added a new entry door to a shed
🏠 Installed a brand-new shed roof
🚪 Replaced an old garage door with a new one

The heat has definitely been a challenge, but we’re grateful for every opportunity to help improve our customers properties.
