Update: A Recipient Has Been Chosen
I’m happy to share that the free water heater and installation have found a home.
The recipient is a single mother in our community who works closely with our young community members. She is someone her coworkers speak very highly of — gentle, kind, and always putting others first. Her existing water heater is well past its life and in need of replacement, and this will make a meaningful difference for her family.
Out of respect for her privacy, I won’t be sharing her name, but I can confidently say this gift is going to someone truly deserving.
Thank you to everyone who shared this and helped spread the word. This community truly showed up in the best way.
