We just wanted to give a huge thank you to everyone from the bottom of our hearts for the continued support, trust and keeping us busy over the last couple months!! Next week things are about to get even more crazy, so buckle up and enjoy the show!! This one has been a huge ongoing total apartment remodel and we couldn’t be more excited that the owner trusted us to take this on. Talk about a contractors dream come true!! There’s nothing more exciting than transforming a blank canvas into something absolutely beautiful that someone will get to call home.

The design that the owner went with along with the color scheme is referred to as the “tuxedo” apartment, and we couldn’t agree more. The class, design, and luxury that is wrapped into the space just doesn’t do enough justice through these pictures!! Keep an eye out in the Marshfield area for when this one goes on the market for rent!! Until then we’ve got some finishing work to do!!

Hey guys, just a quick message from the Kinley Violette Co side of things, I have to put a hold on things and will not be capable of taking any custom orders as J&K Elevated Edits continues to grow and our schedule fills up.

This was a hard decision as I absolutely love creating custom designs for you guys but I have to prioritize things to the best of my abilities and this is what it looks like for now. I will still be creating merch just more of a in stock purchasing method, and if we’ve worked together in the past don’t fret, I still have your designs available and will be capable of fulfilling anything in the future with timely understanding!

Survived the hottest day of the summer last week adding custom wrap around stairs on this deck!

Our client started on this project and she just didn’t have the time or help to finish. She wanted to stay within budget while adding some new wider wrap around stairs so we made it happen for her.

Happy July!!!

June was Amazing to us, and July is about to get a whole lot crazier!! A huge shout out to all of our clients for supporting us, to all who like and share our posts, and to all who recommend us!! It hasn’t gone unnoticed and we are in a whirlwind of complete gratitude.

It was the perfect weather for getting things done outside yesterday and this morning, just in time to beat the rain!

This week has been nothing short of making things happen so far.

Yesterday we wrapped up two bathroom facelifts. We helped transform these two spaces in rental units that required some much needed attention after years of putting a bandaid on troubled areas. The mold was removed, the drywall was replaced and the bathroom was sealed properly to prevent future issues. The flooring and fresh paint really brightened up these bathrooms from drab to fab. The transformation is a night and day difference and we know the landlord and tenant are both thrilled about the upgrade! Thank you for trusting us to tackle this for you, we really appreciate the support and opportunity to give you peace of mind in your units!

Now we’re heading North to work on a cabin to finish off the week. So stay tuned for some progress pictures of that ongoing job!
