We couldn’t be more excited to see our friends find such a great home.

ArtSpace has signed a new lease at 146 Main Street at Mill & Main, Building 9! This will become an exciting new creative space for our community.

When our lease at 74 Main Street ends this winter, those tenants will relocate to 146 Main Street. Our studios at 9 Nason Street and the ArtSpace Gallery at 15 Nason Street will remain in their current locations.

Looking for studio space? ArtSpace members receive priority on our studio waitlist. Short-term rentals are also available at 74 Main Street, and those who rent now will have priority in selecting a space at 146 Main Street.

Occupancy! Dan & Charlie have just wrapped up a Handicap Accessible Restroom carefully designed by Design Associates Inc. & Cynthia Wilson at People, Places & Things to look like it’s always been there, at Forest Hills Covenant Church in Jamaica Plain. Significant plumbing upgrades were completed by Lavallee Systems, electrical upgrades by Pro Electrical Services, Inc, paint by Catchlight Painting, tile by US Tile, Doors & Hardware by Dorchester Door & Window

Occupancy! Behind and below the finishes of this designed by Studio InSitu Architects, Inc Age in Place ADU is a years worth of Asbestos Remediation, Mold Remediation, Septic System upgrades, Structural Renovation, Concrete Removal, replacement and leveling, Plumbing Upgrades, Electrical Upgrades, Insulation Upgrades, and HVAC upgrades. Before that, an extensive planning process! Thanks Lavallee Systems, Harland Electric March and Martin, Inc, Dream Kitchens by Nelson, Douglas Plumbing and Heating and of course Ilona and Studio InSitu!

It’s a pretty big deal. I even wore a clean white shirt.

We had the honor of welcoming two new corporators, Ryan Ciccarelli and Jason Murray, and one new trustee, Elizabeth Holmes, to our organization at our annual meeting. Their leadership and expertise will help guide our continued growth and commitment to serving our community.
