What a milestone for Edinburg! 🎉

Yesterday we joined the Edinburg Economic Development Corporation and the City of Edinburg to break ground on the new Workforce Resource Center and Ebony Hills Golf Course Clubhouse — and we couldn't be prouder to be the design team behind it.

This $7.2 million project does double duty for the community: it creates a one-stop hub where residents can connect with jobs, training, and career resources, and it gives the beloved Ebony Hills Golf Course — a community treasure since 1927 — a brand-new clubhouse with four golf simulators, an expanded cart barn, and upgraded amenities. ⛳

🎉 We broke ground on San Juan Cottages!
What a great day standing alongside the San Juan Housing Authority, the City of San Juan, and our partners to kick off San Juan Cottages — a new affordable housing community of seven duplexes that will bring 14 quality homes to local families. 🏡
The project is funded by a $2 million award from the Texas General Land Office, and we're proud that Raine Architects got to help bring the design to life.
Congratulations to everyone who made this happen — we can't wait to watch it come out of the ground. More updates coming soon! 👏
