Another late post but what a facelift! Before pics on the top and after on the bottom. We added a master suite and bathroom to this place while updating the entire inside of the home! New cold roof, new windows, large new sliders and patio space. New cabinets, countertops, floors, electrical, plumbing, insulation, everything. Really excited for our clients to enjoy the newly updated space!

A much needed shop addition for the best plumber we know and someone we work with closely, Frontier Plumbing! This 1500sq/ft addition will give these guys lots more space to store materials. The existing shop will get all new siding, new windows and doors to match the addition along with a new roof on everything. If you have any plumbing needs or repairs, please reach out to Frontier Plumbing, they’re fantastic!

Quick little boat garage going in for a client this winter. This will be wrapped up long before lake days arrive but a nice addition for when summer rolls around.

The Brundage Model Home which will act as their new real estate office is getting close! We plan to have this open in the next few weeks! Siding is up, roof is on, sheetrock and paint are finished. Flooring and cabinets going in soon, we are almost there! Excited for all that’s to come on our home town mountain and that they will have an awesome new space to bring it to the public.
