We’re thrilled to welcome Ron to the Cana Capital team🤝
With a Civil Engineering degree from Rutgers University and a Professional Engineer’s license, Ron built a career around land — literally. After transitioning from engineering into land acquisitions, he joined U.S. Home Corporation, which brought him from New Jersey to Texas in 1998, where he led the acquisition and development of Heritage Ranch in Fairview — the first age-restricted golf course community in DFW.

For the last 20 years, Ron served as Director of Land Acquisitions for Toll Brothers, shaping the DFW market and leading the company’s expansion across all four major Texas metros.
His retirement lasted about five minutes. After 28 years in DFW land acquisitions, Ron knew he still had more to give and Cana Capital was the perfect next chapter.

“I respected Sam and Omar professionally, and as I got to know them personally, I realized their values and strong faith aligned with mine.”

We couldn’t be more excited to have him. Welcome, Ron! 🏡
