Jake wrapped up 2 bathrooms for Perrydale School this week by installing 10 new faucets and reinstalling 7 toilets. Getting these bathrooms back online is just one step in helping graduation festivities continue as planned this week! 🎓🥳

Ever wonder how all your utilities get to your dream ADU? Some fancy pants equipment and a lot of sweat equity!

Taking advantage of the sunny spring weather allowed our team to complete this massive underground utility installation a few weeks ago. 500+ feet of trenches completed with 2 ejector pumps and 100’s of feet of pipe to connect this new ADU to utilities in the front yard.

After all inspections passed at each phase, everything was backfilled and made ready for other trades to continue working. We’ll be back in a few more weeks to set fixtures inside and wrap up the entire build.
