Another drainage problem solved in Hummelstown!

Slapping new gravel over an old, uneven driveway is only a temporary fix. For this project, we removed the old material entirely, re-established a clean sub-grade, and hauled in new stone built to hold up against heavy equipment and bad weather.

Project Showcase: Backyard Transformation Complete!

We just wrapped up a major transformation, turning an underutilized yard into the ultimate multi-functional outdoor living space. This project really has something for everyone in the family! Swipe through to see all the details of this incredible build.

Here’s a breakdown of the new features:

Main Entertainment Hub: A stunning grey paver patio with an elegant built-in stone firepit, perfect for evening gatherings.

Shaded Comfort: We installed a modern black pergola, creating a defined area for comfortable dining and relaxation.

Lower Level Lounge: Stepping down, we created a seamless flagstone patio extension that serves as its own distinct lower-level zone.

Play & Relax: Integrated into the lower level is a natural sandpit area with massive boulders for the perfect blend of fun and natural design.

Future Growth: We built the clean foundation and gravel base for a raised garden bed, ready for the next planting season!

We are so proud of this massive team effort. Every element was designed and built to create a seamless, beautiful experience. Which zone is your favorite?

A great shed needs a solid foundation, but proper downspout drainage is the real key to protecting it long-term. We just finished pouring this small concrete shed pad and routed the water safely away from the structure. Ever wonder why some patios look pristine 10 years later, while others sink, heave, and hold water after just one winter?
It’s all about what’s underneath. A beautiful hardscape is completely useless if the foundation is compromised.
When we build a custom paver patio or retaining wall, we spend a massive amount of time on the prep work. Deep excavation, proper drainage planning, and heavily compacting a premium base are non-negotiable for us. We build it once, and we build it right, so you don't have to worry about the freeze-thaw cycle tearing it apart.

This customer has a soggy swampy lawn with a drainage swale running right through it, so we redirected the water to help their family be able to use the space!
