We had a customer call wanting a price to remove an oak tree and grind the stump, I gave them a price and they ended up going with another company to remove the tree. They called back wanting a price to grind the stump and again ended up calling another company. They called back again and wanted a price to remove the mound where the tree was and had us come out to do the job that the other two companies didn’t do. It cost this customer a lot more money and aggravation than it would if he just let the professionals do it from the start.
