YATES-GrinderHaizlip JV has done it again! We are thrilled to announce that our team has won the 2023 ABC Excellence in Construction Award for Mega Projects. Our award-winning project was FedEx's Secondary 25 Sort Facility.

It took us three years to complete, covering an impressive ten acres of land and standing tall at four stories high, with over 1.3 million square feet of space. And to top it off, our project is LEED certified.

We are incredibly proud of this achievement and grateful to our team for their hard work and dedication. Thank you to ABC for recognizing our efforts and awarding us this prestigious honor.

Another Grinder Haizlip project going well. Ardagh Manufacturing in Olive Branch. They take aluminum rolls and make beverage cans. Their space looks like huge Christmas packages. Stacks of cans; 4’x4’x10’; very colorful with all of the different beverage cans.
