If you see Josh on your roof…
please do not engage. 😂

He’s a friendly guy. He loves people. He really loves talking about roofing.

And if you get him going… there’s a solid chance your “quick question” turns into a 20-minute conversation about ventilation, shingles, and where your grandpa would take you fishing when you were five years old.

Normally, that’s a great thing.

BUT… after these storms, we’ve got a long list of homes to take care of, and Josh is doing his best to give each one the time and attention it deserves. No rushing. No cutting corners.

👉 If Josh is there for an inspection—ABSOLUTELY come chat with him. That’s your time, ask all the questions.
