21st century tile. Complete revamp on beds, bed edging, tree and shrubs, mulch. And also installed a retaining wall along with some redgranite so the big rigs stop ruining that turn! Also servicing the lawn, looking better now. Had 2 detach and put down granular fertilizer this week.

Total landscape overhaul on this property...

Really wish we had before pics!!!!

(Outside perimeter of house)....Started with heavy de weeding of all beds.(Extremely overgrown). New bed edging done on all of beds. Preen was applied 2 all beds by plantings 2 keep weeds at bay., Complete vegitation killer in real bad areas was also applied. Brown enviro mulch was installed in all beds.

(Inside pool area)
Started by trenching a 60' length 1' deep channel 2 lowest grade of fence line for drainage from homes downspout. Tapped in to 4" pvc running under concrete pool landing. Used 4" perforated drain tile, encased in drainage stone to disperse water evenly down 2 the end. At end is a one way pop up release for heavy rain.

All perimeter of pool down 2 fence was grass (heavily overgrown) so we completely removed all of lawn down 2 dirt. We then leveled all high and low areas with backfill (which was very uneven) in preparation for next step.

Next we planted 13 - 6 foot emerald arbs along fence line using enriched, screened topsoil. They were evenly spaced, and will not overcome each other at full growth. This was requested for a privacy buffer from neighboring home. At full maturity will reach from 15-20 feet in height.

Next we installed 25 year commercial grade v***r barrier, installing 4" stakes 2 keep into place. This was done in all areas that required decorative stone. In this case we used medium alpine, (16 tons) over 30k pounds..

All in all, this property is now essentially maintenance free, happy customer, and that's what matters!

This is a whole road we take care of... (6 high end homes, shared road with a culdisac) Had no power for 2 days, still got in 2 plows before this happened so they could get out... came back after tree was cleared, (service call at that point..) everyone was happy!

We Plowed this driveway 2 times... this was what was waiting for us on third plow!!!!!
1/12 1/13.....2024 have 2 wait till Monday 2 tackle tree and drive.....32+ degrees by then...
