Got a phone call about 5 o'clock saying her pre cast steps collapsed. Had a quote for precast vs wood. She went with the wood steps. Removed precast built new and had put little gravel under the steps. From phone call to finish just over 25 hours.(that's not working hours) this was her front door where the let's the dog out and where the mail man would walk so I got it done asap for her.
