Years of worn VCT in a working pretzel shop. Then we pulled it up and found more layers under it that nobody planned for.

That’s the job. You don’t skip the prep because it’s inconvenient. We took it all down to the slab, put in a moisture v***r barrier, then decorative flake, polyaspartic, and a high-wear urethane topcoat. 6” cove so the floor wraps up the wall and cleans easily.

Thanks to Philly Pretzel Factory of Mullica Hill for trusting us with it.
Own a restaurant or retail space with a floor that’s had enough? Message us. We’ll take a look for free.

Ten year old VCT. Worn. Dated. Hard to clean.
This is what replaced it.
Seamless. Bright. Built for a working kitchen.
No grout lines. No dirt traps. Just a surface that works as hard as the people on it.

He wanted his garage to feel finished.

Like the rest of his home.

Every other room had attention. The garage never did.

Not anymore.

Clean. Bright. Done once. Done right.

Nobody posts the messy part.

The grinding. The prep. The hours before it looks like anything at all.

But this is where the real work lives.

Every step has a job.

Skip one and the whole thing pays for it eventually.

This is what done right looks like from the ground up.

Most homeowners never ask these questions.

Most contractors are relieved they don’t. (Not us!)

Before anyone touches your garage floor you need to know three things.

How are they prepping the concrete?
Is the topcoat actually UV stable?
How are they handling moisture?

That’s it.

Three questions. Five minutes.
Could save you thousands.

Save this! You’ll want it later.
