We went to a home today built in the 1960's that had mold everywhere and they bought the home in 2016. It was remodeled in in 2015 with no inspection done on it. They all were getting headaches. If we wouldn't have shown them these audits and actually inspected the whole home we never would've found all these pictures. Zero ventilation!!! The family has to move out! It happens to alot of homes so it's not gunna hurt to see what we can find in your home it never seems to amaze me 9 years later.
