Something that I still offer is brush mowing. If your property has a bunch of brush and you would like to have trails or even just mowed down so you can use it, feel free to message me.

With the heat the guys have still been at it strong. More breaks and lots of water. The focus is to have the roof sheeted, house wrapped before the end of the day. More photos by the end of the day.

This is a little sneak peak of another house build that started on Monday. The guys are hard at work to get as much done as possible because this will be the next location the framers will be at after the other house I just posted.

I missed some photos from Monday but on Monday is when the framing started. The crew will be wrapped up this week depending on what storms do Wednesday.

There was a wait on the framing due to weather and other projects but now there will be a lot of progress.

One thing different from most builds is that this home has 10’ walls through out the whole house and garage.

Stay tuned for more photos.

In a couple weeks we went from nothing to having the land cut and graded for water flow, plumbing under the slab, infloor heat piping, driveway and concrete all poured. Very excited for the next phase, framing.

Some else that I do other than building is mowing. I went as far as I could go by the pond without putting the skid steer in the water. I did leave some spot for cover because all the waterfowl birds like it.

If you’re in the need of some mowing and want to expand your yard or just want things cleaned up. Let me know. You can message me off of Facebook or get ahold of me by my website Nohrwayconstruction.com

I’m a little late on this post but the infloor piping was stapled down a couple days ago. All the edges have a double run to ensure the edge stays warm during the winter. My guys use a thicker line also so they can with stand people walking on them and to hold up the best for when concrete gets poured.

More photos to come. The framing will start in about 2 weeks.

Once some dirt has been stripped away, some road base was put down and some sand. My guys really like the blue gravel and believe it holds up the best. The stuff that’s on top is sand, dark blue sand. Same as the blue rock but just crushed down to sand.

The concrete forms are in for a slab on grade with the grade beam dug in. The plumbers were out roughing in all the piping that goes under the slab.

If anyone has any questions about the build, feel free to reach out. More photos to come.
