Phase 2 of our ADA ramp and deck/stair remodel!

This has been such an amazing project to be apart of. Our homeowners are planning for the future, and wanted the ease of accessibility to enjoy their Lake Winnipesaukee summer home for years to come!

Phase 1
We replaced the stairs to the main entrance with an ADA compliant ramp to the main entrance and garage. **You might have seen it in a previous post**

Phase 2,
We upgraded a narrow, steep set of steps to the beach, into a safe comfortable 4 ft wide staircase. We incorporated a gentle riser height that gave the homeowners comfort and generational family access to the beach area.

We didn't stop there though! We got to work on replacing the rotting railings on the deck, adding additional supports, and making this one awesome place to hang out on.

Phase 3 brings us inside, just wait till you see what we have planned!

We are getting closer and closer to the finish line of completing this full house renovation in Moultonborough! You have to check out this transformation!

When we looked back at pictures of where it felt like tools where everywhere, seeing your team working hard day after day, installing doors, flooring, base boards and cabinets, it just felt like a construction zone... We finally were able to step back and see the final vision come together! Such an amazing feeling!

There was countless daily meetings, collaborating together, brainstorming design ideas, and solving challenges that come with any renovation. We are so thankful to have had the opportunity to work with our homeowners to design the home of their dreams!

When you get to the point of installing the kitchen cabinets in a full house renovation, taking it from a raw construction zone to a livable, structured space is such a great feeling. It means the messiest dusty phases are behind you, and you can finally visualize the finished home. We just met that milestone!

When our homeowners expressed their needs for functionality, craftsmanship that was built to last, and wanting to support local, we knew just the person!

We had the pleasure of working with our friend Glenn Lively, the owner of the Sawdust Bin out of Moultonborough to design and build these BEAUTIFUL custom kitchen cabinets for us. We couldn't be happier with the quality and fulfilling all of our homeowners wants and needs!

We can't wait to show you all what this kitchen looks like after the countertops, backsplash, and finishing touches are installed! Stay tuned!

There is nothing better than transforming an outdoor space and setting homeowners up for a successful growing season. Replacing old, rotting beds with a fresh setup is so satisfying, especially when you get to enjoy great weather while doing it! Growing vegetables, herbs, and flowers is a perfect combination for creating amazing meals and adding beauty to your property.

For those looking for inspiration, here are some popular, hardy, and rewarding things to plant in a new garden:

Vegetables🍅: Cherry tomatoes, bush beans, bell peppers, and cucumbers are great for beginners.
Herbs🌿: Basil, parsley, cilantro, and rosemary make for wonderful additions to home cooking.

The best part of doing a renovation, is when you get to see the final look come to life! The walls are getting painted, the floors have been installed, and the light fixtures are going up! We are getting to the home stretch of the final design details and couldn't be more excited!

On this project, we were challenged with creating a custom staircase to the loft where a spiral staircase once was. The homeowners wanted a way to easily get furniture into this loft space, and a spiral staircase just wasn't it... With limited floor space to work with, high ceilings, and the for need functionality and safety, we got right to work! Let us know what you think!?
