Not sure about you all, but we are SO ready to kick off the ILMA 2026 Football 🏈season!
It is absolutely AMAZING to see all of the love and support from our community to set our ILMA football team up for success! Thank you to everyone who donated, spent time working on the field, scheduling the games, and to anyone cheering the team on to the next touch down! This is what we love the most about our community!

Check out the before and after pictures of the deck renovation we completed last week!

We took this tired, rotting deck and transformed it into an ultimate outdoor living space for our homeowners to enjoy for years to come! With longevity in mind, we knew that Trex Decking was the way to go! It is low maintenance meaning no need to paint or stain, and it is also resistant to mold, fading, and warping. This just means our home owners get to spend more time entertaining, grilling, and gardening.

This week we got started on one of the many projects on the list for this Moultonborough Neck Cabin!

This quaint cabin has ALMOST everything you would want to when it comes to a peaceful escape from our busy lives. A wood burning stove, a 3 season porch, solid wood beams, and warm wood throughout. BUT, it was lacking in a few areas..... Natural light and this home only has one bathroom (for now).

Just by adding 2 windows on either side of the chimney we were able to bring in so much more sunlight into this space!

When you go from a weathered and rotting deck, to a safe and an ultimate outdoor living space, it doesn't get much better than this! We are building this deck to last!!

By pouring all new concrete footings, beefing up the framing, and replacing all of the rotting support beams, we ensured this deck will be able to support the new Trex Transend composite decking ( color Jasper) with no issues!

We also addressed the ongoing water drainage issues our homeowners have been experiencing for quite some time. During the demolition phase of the preexisting deck, we found that very little flashing was used or it was in very poor shape if it was.... We got to work installing all new flashing and metal grates in the deck design to help with future water management.

We cant wait for our homeowners to spend many, many years enjoying this amazing outdoor space!

We are making some moves on this deck upgrade! The beautiful weather this week has made working on this project even better! We poured all new footings, replaced support beams, beefed up the framing to support the new TREX composite decking that was just delivered today. Before you know it, our homeowners will be able to enjoy their new updated outdoor space!

Take a sneak peak of our newest deck project on the Center Harbor/Meredith town line!

Tackling a long-overdue porch renovation is an incredibly exciting milestone for anyone. We were so excited to get started this week on porch that has been apart of our homeowners property for a VERY long time. With that said, this deck has seen better days.. The weather has taken its toll on the outdoor space our homeowners once loved, and our goal is to make it better than it was before.

With the busy work season upon us, and a full schedule well into the next year, we are looking to grow! We are in search of a few creative, dependable, hardworking people to join our team!

We do everything from frame-to-finish projects to replacing a rotting deck. When it comes to custom built ins, intricate trim/molding, or just a complicated design, this is where we thrive. We would love to have someone join our team that loves to collaborate, who is innovative, and has an appreciation for attention to detail.

We supply all power tools on each job to ensure each project is completed on time, an within budget. We also provide 6 paid hoildays, and a guaranteed pay check ever Friday.

Phase 2 of our ADA ramp and deck/stair remodel!

This has been such an amazing project to be apart of. Our homeowners are planning for the future, and wanted the ease of accessibility to enjoy their Lake Winnipesaukee summer home for years to come!

Phase 1
We replaced the stairs to the main entrance with an ADA compliant ramp to the main entrance and garage. **You might have seen it in a previous post**

Phase 2,
We upgraded a narrow, steep set of steps to the beach, into a safe comfortable 4 ft wide staircase. We incorporated a gentle riser height that gave the homeowners comfort and generational family access to the beach area.

We didn't stop there though! We got to work on replacing the rotting railings on the deck, adding additional supports, and making this one awesome place to hang out on.

Phase 3 brings us inside, just wait till you see what we have planned!

The best part of doing a renovation, is when you get to see the final look come to life! The walls are getting painted, the floors have been installed, and the light fixtures are going up! We are getting to the home stretch of the final design details and couldn't be more excited!

On this project, we were challenged with creating a custom staircase to the loft where a spiral staircase once was. The homeowners wanted a way to easily get furniture into this loft space, and a spiral staircase just wasn't it... With limited floor space to work with, high ceilings, and the for need functionality and safety, we got right to work! Let us know what you think!?
