This is what a main water line replacement looks like without trenching.

The machine pulls the new line underground between two small access points. That's the only digging on the property. The driveway stays intact, and so do the pavers, landscaping, and everything else you paid to put in.

Why homeowners choose trenchless:

-No torn-up yard, driveway, or hardscape
-Most replacements are done in about a day
-Less mess and no major restoration afterward
-Water service back on faster

If your water pressure has dropped, your bill is climbing for no clear reason, or you see wet spots in your yard, your main line may be the cause. Clay soil movement and aging pipe in 1990s and 2000s homes put a lot of Valley main lines at risk.

Monsoon season puts our Valley soil through real swings, expanding when it's wet and pulling tight when it dries out. That movement is one reason older sewer lines start backing up more often in the fall. If your drains have been sluggish, we can clear them properly with hydrojetting and camera the line while we're at it.

Take a look inside. That see-through shell shows you exactly what's running your hot water: the heat exchanger, the internal plumbing, all of it. The second photo shows the same unit installed, back in its standard white housing and ready to work.

At Superstition Plumbing, tankless conversions are one of our specialties. If you're still on a traditional tank water heater, switching to tankless means constant hot water, a smaller footprint, and long-term efficiency gains over the life of the unit.

We install premium Navien and Rinnai units and hold certifications with both. Our techs are certified Navien Service specialists, and if you prefer Rinnai, that's great too. We're certified Rinnai PRO techs as well, so either way you're covered by a factory-trained team.

If your home doesn't have recirculation yet, a tank-to-tankless conversion is the easiest time to add it. It's a simple upgrade at that point, and it means hot water reaches your fixtures faster instead of you standing there running the tap and waiting.

Higher than usual water bills, a damp spot in the yard, or a warm patch on the floor can all point to a hidden leak. Valley clay soil expands and contracts with our seasons, which puts real stress on buried pipes over the years. We use leak location equipment to find the exact source before any digging starts.

If you've been relying on pitcher filters or cases of bottled water, a reverse osmosis (RO) system installed under the kitchen sink gives you clean water on demand, no refilling, no deliveries, better taste for drinking and cooking alike.

If your faucets are collecting white, crusty buildup or your water heater seems to be working harder than it used to, hard water is likely the culprit. Maricopa County water measures 12 to 18 grains per gallon, considered very hard. We test your water and explain your options, no pressure, no guesswork.
