Brake job i did just recently inside pad is down to almost nothing but the outside pad is near new. This was caused by the pad being frozen in the bracket and not being able to move freely, could have been avoided with regular maintenance. I recommend brake maintenance once a year which includes cleaning the rust from the brake pad brackets and lubing the abutment shims and slide pins this will prolong the life of your brakes a long ways.

Tune up, blades sharpened, and some tubes in the tires on the zero turn and tune up, carb rebuild, and cleaning the tines on the rototiller today.
