Taking shape! 🏡 We stripped away additions that had been tacked onto the front and back over the years, revealing the true bones of this historic carriage house — then rebuilt it right. New windows, new dormers, new everything. Stay tuned for the big reveal!

Before the beautiful happens, there's the real work. 🔨 This historic carriage house was literally lifted off the ground so we could re-lay the foundation underneath — new sill, sistered beams, spray foam insulation, all built to last another century. We can't wait to show you what it's becoming — a stunning 1.5-bath ADU home with a navy kitchen, dormers, and a full upstairs living space. Stay tuned!
