🔥 Oil Burner Maintenance for Our Customer Sal!

Recently, we completed two full oil burner maintenances for our customer Sal, making sure both heating systems are operating safely, efficiently, and reliably for the upcoming heating season!

Our oil burner maintenance includes:

✅ Replacing the burner nozzle, oil filter at the tank, and fuel pump strainer.

✅ Thoroughly brushing and vacuuming the heating system, from inside the heat exchanger all the way to the base of the chimney, removing accumulated soot and debris.

✅ Inspecting and testing all system safety controls to ensure everything is functioning properly.

✅ Performing a combustion efficiency test and fine-tuning the burner for optimal performance, maximum efficiency, and reliability.

Recently, we completed a new 275-gallon Roth oil tank installation for our customer Dave. His old tank was in rough condition—especially the tank legs—and it was time to replace it before it became a bigger problem.

With the new Roth tank installed, Dave can have peace of mind knowing his oil storage system has been properly updated.

For this installation, we completed:
• New 275-gallon Roth oil tank
• All new oil fill and vent piping
• New oil line to the burner
• Tigerloop device with a new oil filter at the burner

🔧 Commercial Water Heater Replacement – HTP 119 Gallon Warranty Swap

Last month, we completed a HTP 119-gallon warranty replacement for a 32-unit apartment building. The original tank failed just before the warranty expired, but we were able to quickly secure the replacement unit and minimize downtime.

Thanks to fast coordination and efficient installation, we had the building’s hot water back up and running the same day.

During the install, we also took care of a few additional issues, including replacing corroded fittings.

Commercial A/C Service 🔧

We recently responded to a commercial A/C system that was having issues with the compressors shutting down on high head pressure.

After diagnosing the system, we found the condenser coil had not been properly cleaned in quite some time and was heavily restricted.

We gave the condenser coil a thorough cleaning—twice, using a heavy-duty degreaser. Because this unit has a double-row condenser coil, we properly split the coil so we could clean deep between both sections.

Another successful installation in the books!

We recently installed a new 3-ton air conditioning system with a hydro coil for our customer, Matt.

His old R-22 system had served him well for over 20 years, but it was no longer able to keep up with cooling the home. It was time for a well-deserved upgrade.

We installed a new Carrier condenser paired with an Aspen air handler and hydro coil to provide reliable, efficient air conditioning along with dependable heat.
